Add to your rental for a flat $400. This space is heated/AC and is a beautiful retail space with furniture your guests are welcome to lounge on. Furniture/fixtures remain as they are, items don’t move in this space.

Add to your rental for a flat $600. (cannot rent without also renting the showroom $400) This space is heated/AC and is a beautiful office space with furniture your guests are welcome to lounge on. This space includes the use of a 2nd restroom. Furniture/fixtures remain as they are, items don’t move in this space.
Here are the layouts that work nicely in the space. We are open to combining options or making slight customizations (within max. guest range) to create the best layout for your event; but keep in mind most are determined on season and if you are renting a tent or heaters.
There is also a blank below if you wish to draw up your own custom layout, but note that there are planters and other features that may inhibit your exact design, so we will make it as close as possible.
For guest counts of 70+, the add-on of the showroom & studio w. additional restroom is required. ($1000)
PLEASE NOTE: THE GREENHOUSE AND WALKWAY AREAS ARE COVERED. THE GREENHOUSE DOES HAVE HEAT BUT IS NOT AIR-CONDITIONED. THE WALKWAY, PATIO, & PARKING PAD ARE OPEN-AIR. TENT AND OUTDOOR SPACE-HEATERS FOR PATIO RENTALS ARE EXTRA.
